Customers have 60 days from the day their order is delivered to request a return. If you ever need to send something back, simply email support@thegardenvila.com with your order number so we can guide you through the next steps.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. This helps us process your request quickly and ensures a smooth experience. There are no restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow your package’s progress back to our facility.

Once a returned item reaches us, it will be inspected within a few business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after that inspection is completed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to finalize the transfer, depending on their processing schedules.
